1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using TrackAutopay (including our mobile application, web application, and all associated services and features) (collectively, the "Service"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Agreement") and all other policies and procedures incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to all terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use the Service.

TrackAutopay, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION

2.1 Age & Legal Capacity

  • You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in India) to use the Service.
  • You must be legally competent to enter into binding contracts.
  • If you are registering on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

2.2 Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address, a secure password, and other requested information.

2.3 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

TrackAutopay is a subscription and autopay tracking application that helps you connect bank accounts, identify recurring charges, receive alerts, and analyze spending.

Note: TrackAutopay is a read-only viewer and controller. We do not move money or process payments on your behalf. Not all merchants or subscriptions can be cancelled through the Service.

4. ACCOUNT & BANK CONNECTION TERMS

When you connect your bank accounts, you grant us read-only permission to access your transaction history. We use third-party data aggregators (Plaid, TrueLayer) and do not store your bank credentials directly.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES & RESTRICTIONS

You agree NOT to use the Service for:

  • Illegal activities, fraud, or money laundering
  • Attempting unauthorized access to accounts or systems
  • Harassing or abusing other users or employees
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or infringing on intellectual property
  • Launching DDoS attacks or uploading malware

6. PAYMENT, BILLING & SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

6.1 Recurring Charges & Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You will be charged the full fee on each renewal date unless you cancel.

6.2 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancel anytime via in-app settings or email. Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. Refunds are only issued for billing errors or unauthorized charges reported within 30 days.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS

The Service is provided "AS IS." We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of subscription data or that alerts will always arrive before charges. TrackAutopay does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100, whichever is greater).

8. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or fail to pay fees. Upon termination, your access ends immediately and fees are non-refundable.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Before litigation, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting support@trackautopay.com.
